Terni Energy Day
The energy transition: fundamental theme of an important event held and organized by ASM Terni in Terni Energy Day, on October 18th, 2021.
The initiative, which was attended by several and qualified experts in the sector, wanted to highlight the current critical issues that the energy system, linked to fossil fuels, is showing to the international community and illustrated the many opportunities that are developing in this sector.
"We cannot wait anymore! We need to move toward a more sustainable development and climate resilience... and the main enabler is the energy transition": this was the recurring slogan of the conference, which emphasizes that it is necessary to pursue a different vision of our societies and it is necessary to act now.
The contributions of the various speakers focused on the issues of climate change, the costs of energy and environmental changes affecting our planet.
Particular attention has been placed to the use of clean energy for the public transport sector and mobility in general, strengthening and promoting all forms of sustainable mobility.
Finally, at the end of the day, within the three thematic tables of the workshop, three important topics related to renewable energy, the hydrogen supply chain and sustainable mobility have been addressed.
